Main responsibilities:
- Ability to learn and proficiently operate 1-3 systems
- To execute all daily production duties as required to fulfill production schedule
- Read execute production schedule
- Read and execute work instructions
- Accurately select ingredients, weigh out and record information on bar code scanner
- Load mixers and packaging equipment
- Package finished products according to work instructions
- Complete all necessary paperwork and create inventory with bar code scanner
- Maintain cleanliness of plant as directed
- Assist in providing a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in other areas as necessary
- Follow all SOP’s, GMP’s and HACCP guidelines and regulations
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience
- Prior experience in a Production Operator position (preferred)
- Highschool or equivalent
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- Forklift operating experience
- Basic computer skills
- Barcode scanners
- Basic MS Office (Excel)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work can sometimes be in a dusty environment
- Ability to lift 50-55 pounds
- No known allergies to dairy ingredients
- Ability to climb stairs, work at heights if needed
- May be required to wear a disposable respirator (N95) or half face respirator
